▶If you would like to make a reservation for 1 person or 5 or more people, or if you would like a private room, please contact the store directly.
▶We apologize for the inconvenience, but Children must be 12 years old or older.
Please note that we do not have a menu for children.
▶We do not accept specific seat requests. Please understand that there may be cases where we cannot accommodate your preferences.
▶If we cannot contact you within 15 minutes of your reservation time, we may have to cancel your reservation.
▶Seating is limited to 2 hours and 30 minutes from the reservation time.
▶Please order one drink per person.
▶We do not allow the bringing in of alcoholic beverages such as wine.
▶We recommend a casual-chic dress code. For men, please refrain from wearing something too casual, such as tank tops, shorts, and flip-flops.
▶The pool on the same floor is for viewing purposes only. For the safety of our customers, we ask that you refrain from entering the water. Please note that the pool is located outdoors, so depending on the weather (including rain and strong winds) it may be difficult to view the pool.
▶Our establishment reserves the right to levy additional charges for any damage incurred to decorations or artwork within the premises. Your understanding of this policy is appreciated.

▶We have a cancellation policy based on the number of people making reservations as shown below.

　Within 24 hours: 20,000 yen/person

　<5 people~>
　Within 72 hours: 10,000 yen/person
　Within 24 hours: 20,000 yen/person
