This parfait is available only in summer and uses plenty of seasonal peaches, and its adorable peach color is sure to catch your eye. It is made with a variety of flavors, including lime, almond kernel, mascarpone, and jasmine, to bring out the gentle sweetness of the peaches. The peach granita and ginger ale jelly add a peach flavor, so you can taste the peach wherever you eat it. Please enjoy this blissful dish that will help you forget the summer heat.

Gourmand is a French word meaning "gourmet." We have prepared an assortment of eight kinds of sweets that you can enjoy with your drink in a variety of flavors.
The menu for July to September is a lineup of summery treats, including a mini peach parfait, a two-layered mousse overflowing with melon juice, a tart topped with Shine Muscat grapes, and a galette bretonne made with Awaji seaweed salt.
In addition, we have a well-balanced selection of sweets made with local ingredients, such as a fluffy chiffon cake baked with Himeji eggs "Yume Sodate," blueberry shell macarons, and Kobe black tea pound cake.
Please enjoy this luxurious dish that is only available during this season.
