Reservation Notes

▶ During busy periods, seating is limited to 2.5 hours.

▶ If we are unable to contact you 30 minutes after your reservation time, we may have no choice but to treat it as a cancellation. Please be sure to contact us if you are running late.

▶ For reservations of 9–10 guests, 1 or 2 guests will be seated at the head of the table (separate end seat).

▶ For reservations of 11 guests or more, online booking is not available. Please contact the restaurant directly.

▶ Guests wearing strong fabric softener scents or excessive perfume may be refused entry as it may disturb other guests.
In such cases, a same-day cancellation fee will still be charged.

▶ Counter and table seat reservations (including course reservations) are for guests who will be dining.
As we secure ingredients and seating, guests bringing children or companions who will not order a course or meal must reserve a private room.

For seat-only reservations, please review the private room terms and conditions after selecting a private room before booking.
You must clearly state at the time of booking if, for example, only adults will be ordering course meals.
If this is not stated and you arrive on the day, course meals will be provided and charged for the full number of reserved guests.

▶ For same-day reservations, abalone or spiny lobster may be sold out.
Bouquets and whole cakes may also not be available.

▶ For seat-only reservations, changes in the number of guests can be made up to 2 days in advance.
From the day before the reservation, ¥22,000 per reduced guest will be charged from the seat reservation deposit.

▶ For course reservations, as ingredients are specially prepared, if the number of guests decreases, charges will apply according to the cancellation policy for the reduced number of guests.

• 1 Room (2–4 guests): Minimum spending of ¥44,000 (tax included).
If the total is less than ¥44,000, the difference will be charged.
• 1.5 Rooms (5–6 guests): Minimum spending of ¥99,000 (tax included).
If the total is less than ¥99,000, the difference will be charged.
• 2 Rooms (7–10 guests): Minimum spending of ¥132,000 (tax included).
If the total is less than ¥132,000, the difference will be charged.

December Only:
For 1 Room (2–4 guests), the minimum spending is ¥55,000 (tax included).
If the total is less than ¥55,000, the difference will be charged.

※ If there is any change in the number of guests, please inform us at least 2 days in advance.
※ If the number of guests decreases from the day before the reservation, a seat charge of ¥22,000 per person will be deducted from the deposit as a cancellation fee.
