This is a special limited-time course offered only in August, September, and October, featuring complimentary drinks. It includes 4–6 appetizers and 10–12 sushi pieces. Please note that the free drink service ends once the alcohol runs out.

The fish used in this course—including those sourced directly from their place of origin by Daiki Hasegawa, a master of “nerve-searing” technique—has been aged to bring out its full flavor. Each piece is paired with our signature red vinegared rice.

This is an optional 2.5-hour omakase course.
