⚠️ Our 100-year-old machiya may get quite warm during Kyoto’s hot summer. Thank you for your understanding.

▶ Reservation information
Reservations can be made starting at 12:00, 7 days prior to your desired date.
(Example: At 12:00 on 3/1 (Sun), you can reserve a seat for 3/8 (Sun).)

※ A credit card is required to make a reservation.
※ The registered card will be used only for charging any cancellation fees. It has no relation to payment on the day of your visit.

At the time of reservation, a hold of 200 yen per person will be placed on your card.
The hold amount will be refunded approximately 10 days later. Even if it appears on your card statement, no charge will actually be applied.

(Note: Debit cards are not accepted)
If you attempt to make a reservation using a debit card, a hold amount will be temporarily charged to your account. Please note this in advance. The amount will eventually be refunded, so please wait for your card issuer to process it.

▷ Please order 1 pizza and 1 drink per person.
▷ Children aged 6 and above are welcome.
▷ Groups must consist of 4 people or fewer. Groups of 5 or more cannot be accommodated.
▷ Takeout is not available.
▷ Entry is permitted starting 5 minutes before your reserved time.

▶ Punctuality
Seats are reserved for 70 minutes per party.
Arriving more than 15 minutes late may be treated as a “same-day cancellation.”
(Due to continuous operations, we may not be able to confirm late arrivals even if notified.)

• Available for 1–4 people

▷ Semi-private rooms
• Can accommodate groups of 3 or 4 people only (not suitable for 1–2 people)
※ Groups of 1–2 people cannot use this option.
※ When selecting “3 or 4 people” and “Semi-private room reservation (seat only),” an available date calendar will appear.

▷ 2nd-floor table seating
• Tables for 2 and 4 people are provided.
※ Tables for 2 people are for 2 guests only; tables for 4 people are for 3–4 guests. Two people cannot share a table for 4.

▶ Guidelines upon arrival

We do not have a dedicated parking lot or bike rack. Please use nearby coin-operated parking facilities.

▷ Consideration for neighbors
This area is a quiet residential neighborhood. Please refrain from speaking loudly or smoking in the alleys.

▷ Queuing instructions
To avoid blocking pedestrian traffic, please line up single-file along the wall beside the store.

▷ Large bags and suitcases
Large bags and suitcases cannot be brought inside. Please store them at a coin locker near the station or at your hotel.
