This summer, our pastry shop will be offering the beautiful "Andaz Sweet Shaved Ice," a unique creation from Andaz Tokyo, that fuses refreshing ice with sweets.

A luxurious treat featuring unique and elegant sweets topped with fluffy shaved ice made from pure water, enhancing the natural flavors of the ingredients.

"Sweet Shaved Ice - Matcha"

A sweet shaved ice with a deep flavor, using matcha from a long-established Uji tea shop. Beneath the ice, layers of smooth matcha panna cotta and matcha jelly are added, further enhanced with a rich matcha sauce for added aroma and depth. Enjoy a three-dimensional dessert experience, with a gradation of matcha flavors from gentle sweetness to subtle bitterness, and contrasting textures of smooth and crunchy crumble.
