Pre-Opening Notice
We are holding a pre-opening from Saturday, December 20th to Sunday, December 28th.
We will gradually announce our January opening dates.
You can make reservations online, so please feel free to use this service.

About Reservations
■Reservations required (please make reservations at least two days in advance)
*Cancellations are available, so we will contact you if a cancellation occurs at the last minute.
■For reservations of 5 or more people, please notify us at least one week in advance if you wish to change the number of guests or change the date.
■We offer the same lunch and dinner courses.
■Please note that we may not be able to accommodate your seating request.
■If we are unable to contact you within 30 minutes of your reservation time, we may be forced to cancel your reservation, so please contact us if you will be late.
■For reservations for 9 or more people, please submit your request via email.

Aperçu welcomes you to spend an elegant time.
■We recommend wearing a jacket, but it is not required.
Please note that casual attire such as shorts and sandals is not permitted.
■As our dishes have a delicate aroma, we ask that you refrain from wearing strong perfume when visiting our restaurant.

If you have any allergies or food preferences, please let us know when you make your reservation.
