CANCELLATION POLICY:
We reserve the right to keep the deposit payment in the case of no shows and cancellations made less than 7 days prior to the reservation date.
Full refunds can be made for cancellations made more than 7-days prior to the booking date.

In case there is a change of plans or change of number of guests we encourage guests to informed us via email (reservation@baantepabkk.com) to reschedule 48-hours prior , we reserve the right to keep the deposit when the reservation date or number of guests has been changed less than 48 hours prior to your booking.

We offer a one-time change policy for booking dates.

CHILDREN
We can only accommodate children above the age of 12, given that they are able to have a tasting menu. Please note that we do not offer an A la carte menu for children. This is due the health and safety reasons of your child and the experience of other guests.

RESERVATIONS FOR SINGLE DINERS
We only take reservations for 1 pax via email. For reservations of 1 pax please email us at reservation@baantepabkk.com

RESERVATIONS FOR OUR PRIVATE ROOM (8 - 14 persons)
We only take reservations for our Garden Wing (Private Room) 8 - 14 pax via email only. For reservations of 8 - 14 pax please email us at reservation@baantepabkk.com

CORKAGE FEE
THB 2,000++ per bottle (Wine, Champagne, Spirits 75cl)
or Bring your own, order one from our wine list (THB 2,000 ++ not applied in this case).

PRIVATE ROOM
THE GARDEN WING is our private high-ceiling dining room with a wide lounge, outdoor patio, and private bathroom. One single hardwood imperial table governs the room and can seat from 8 up to 14 guests (min. 8 people.)

DIETARY REQUIREMENTS
We are unable to accommodate specific dietary restrictions, including vegetarian, vegan, no seafood, gluten-free, dairy-free, and allium-free (e.g., no onion or garlic) preferences.

Other dietary requirements have to kindly be communicated at least 7 days before the date of reservation to provide our chefs enough time to accommodate.

All dietary requirements notified within 24 hours or less may not be accommodated.

We are delighted to offer a complimentary cake to mark your special occasion. If you would like to arrange this, please select your occasion in the "Purpose" dropdown when making your reservation. To include a short message (up to 25 characters) on the plate, kindly write your desired message in the "Requests" box during the reservation process.

SERVICE HOURS
Monday - Tuesday: CLOSED
Wednesday - Sunday: 3 seatings 18:00, 19:00 and 20:00 (dinner only).
