We cook using seasonal local ingredients on Takashima, a nature-rich area located between lakes and mountains.
Our dishes are mindful of wabi‑sabi, and we place great importance on bringing attention to the ingredients entrusted to us by nearby farmers.
We hope that visiting travelers can sense the producers’ essence on their plates and be enveloped in a rich, warm feeling.
As meals are prepared to match the timing of your visit, we have set start times.
Lunch 11:00 / 12:00 / 13:00　
Dinner 17:30 / 18:00 / 18:30 / 19:00

○ For all guests visiting us
As we operate with a small staff, you may be asked to wait when being shown to your seat or when paying.
Please understand that a certain amount of time is required to ensure the quality of our dishes.
○ Opening days
We are closed on Tuesdays and on occasional irregular holidays.
○ About parking
There is a dedicated parking lot in front of the shop, but spaces are limited, so please carpool if possible.
○ About seating
Due to system settings, groups of five or more cannot be accepted through TableCheck, so please contact us directly in advance via DM or email.
Pets are not allowed inside the restaurant.
We currently do not have terrace seating.
○ Regarding children
Please note that we do not provide chairs for very young children.
Children of elementary school age and older must place an order.
・Infants to toddlers — strollers are permitted
・School-aged children — please order a kids’ lunch
・Junior high school students and older — please order a course meal
(Kids’ lunches may not be available without a reservation)
○ Regarding allergy accommodations
・We will accommodate food allergies as much as possible, so please explain the details clearly. (For example: “no eggs” vs. “pasta made with egg,” etc.)
If we determine that we cannot reasonably accommodate the request, we may have to decline.
・If you would like a vegan menu, please choose the Oriental Veg course and let us know.
○ About shaved ice
Shaved ice is offered seasonally from around March to October.
The Shime Kakigori course can now be reserved from here.
