●If we are unable to contact you within 30 minutes of your reservation time, we may be forced to cancel your reservation, so please be sure to contact us if you are going to be late.
●A 10% service charge will be applied after 5:00 PM.

[For customers ordering a course meal]
●The course meal includes raw meat.
●Please enter any food allergies or food into the "Requests" field when making your reservation.
We may not be able to accommodate requests made on the day of your reservation.
●Please make your reservation at a time when everyone will be present.
Even if you arrive later than your reservation time, we may have to seat you for two hours after your reservation time.

Course Meal Reservations
If you cancel your reservation, the following fees will apply.
Cancellation on the day (without notice): 100% of the course fee
Cancellation on the day (with notice): 100% of the course fee
Cancellation the day before: 50% of the course fee

Reservation for seating only
If you cancel on the day of your reservation without prior notice, you will be charged ¥5,000 per person for the entire day.
