3. For cancellations: Any cancellation or date change within 48hours from the dining time, cancel fees will be 50% of the full Omakase Course price per person. For same day cancellations, no shows, reduce of cover/pax, or late more than 1 hour without contact Ginza Iwa (considered no shows) , 100% of the full Omakase price will be charged for each person.

4. Child Policy : Children under 12 years old will need to book the private room. Counter will not serve children under 12 years old. Please contact Ginza Iwa about children menu.

5. Corkage Policy : Corkage fee is HK$500 per bottle below 1000ml, HK$800 for 1000ml or above.
