*About reservations*
・You cannot increase or decrease the number of people after you arrive on the day of your visit. Please complete the procedure to change the number of people in advance.
・Please refrain from making reservations on the day of your arrival in Niseko. We also do not recommend making reservations if there is a possibility that your arrival will be delayed, such as if you are traveling from a long distance. For any reason, a cancellation fee will be charged.
・If you do not arrive within 10 minutes of your reservation time, we may treat it as a cancellation depending on the situation.
・We may not be able to answer the phone during business hours
・We are unable to make taxi reservations or contact you for your return trip.
