①Reservation
■Reservation can be made 1 to 60 days before the requested date.
■Also, parties of 2 to 6guests can reserve. If there are no availability on your request date or time, please kindly try other dates.
■Please be reminded that we are not able to guarantee your seating requests.

②On the day
■We apologize for there are not the staff who are fluent in languages.
■When you arrive more than 30minutes late without prior notice, we will cancell your reservation and charge cancell fee to your card. （100% of the course fee）

③ Credit card required to reserve
■You need your credit card to reserve.
■Please do NOT use your debit card or prepaid card.
■To verify the card's validity, a transaction of 50 JPY will be processed.

④Cancell policy
■24hours before your reservation time: we will charge 100% of the selected course fee.
■72hours before your reservation time: we will charge 50% of the selected course fee.
※If you might cancell, please do 72hours before your reservation on your confirmation screeen.
