We will be closed for the year-end and New Year holiday from December 24th to January 9th.
In this term, we can’t accept new reservations from our web site, too.


●After selecting the number of people in your party, the date and time, and the category (of seating), please select one dish from the Shokado bento box or course meal. For guests who choose floor seating, we offer table or counter seating.

●For children who will be eating a Shokado bento box or course meal, please include them in the number of adults in your reservation. If you wish to order children's meals, please select the number of “children/infants,” and then choose the quantity from the "Children's Meals” menu.

●Online reservations and changes to reservations are accepted before 3:00 p.m. on the day three days prior to the desired date of visit.

●For the following cases, please contact us by email.
- Reservations or changes after the end of online reception
- Reservations on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday evenings excluding national holidays
- Reservations for 11 or more people
- Reservations more than 3 months in advance
- Use of meal vouchers


●At the time of reservation, we keep your credit card information for the purpose of claiming a cancellation fee but the settlement will not be done, so please make the payment at the store on the day of your visit.

●Also, we don’t recommend the use of debit cards, prepaid or account-direct credit cards since the amount will be deducted on the spot though the payment at the store will still be required. Please take a look at the below website for more details and please use a credit card.
