Festive Afternoon Tea and Tea Pairing
The festive afternoon tea begins with a gorgeous rose-scented sparkling tea and continues with a course menu that includes everything from savory dishes that delicately express the bounty of winter to an assortment of sweets decorated with seasonal fruits and spices. Fragrant brown rice tea, strong black tea, and Japanese herbal teas made with shell ginger, amacha, and yuzu complement each other's flavors, elevating the aftertaste of each menu.
