Requests regarding seating preferences cannot be accommodated during reservations.

▶ Please note that the maximum allowed duration for dinner service is 3 hours and 30 minutes.
▶ If we are unable to reach you 30 minutes after your reserved time, we may have to cancel your reservation. Therefore, please be sure to contact us if you’re running late.
▶ For reservations of 5–6 people, please contact the restaurant directly. (The maximum capacity is 6 guests.)
▶ The use of perfumes or body creams with strong scents may disturb other guests; thus, entry may be denied in such cases.
▶ Even if the website indicates “no seats available,” there may still be availability. Please feel free to call us to inquire.
▶ Unfortunately, due to the narrow entrance width, it is difficult for wheelchair users to enter the premises. We kindly ask for your understanding in this matter.
⚠️ If you have any food allergies, please inform us in advance. We cannot accommodate such requests on the day of your visit.

[Cancellation Policy]
* Cancellations or changes in party size must be made by the day before your reservation.
* On the day of the reservation, the following cancellation fees apply:

・Cancellations on the day of the reservation: A fee of 10,000 yen per person applies.
・No-shows or cancellations without notice: A fee of 10,000 yen per person applies.


[Exceptions]
In cases involving natural disasters, transportation disruptions, or other unavoidable circumstances, no cancellation fees will be charged. In such instances, please contact us once the situation has stabilized.
