● Reservations must be made in advance. Online reservations are accepted until 10:00 the day before your visit.
● If you’d like to order ingredients, online reservations can be made until 10:00 three days prior to your visit.
● On the day of your visit, you may still be able to use the venue if there is availability; please check online.

Example: For 4 adults using the all-you-can-drink service → Select “Adult / 1 person” [required] ×4, then select “All-you-can-drink – Alcoholic” ×2 and “All-you-can-drink – Soft Drinks” ×2.

・ Attending empty-handed → Select the seat fee for the number of people + the all-you-can-drink option for that many people (children excluded; combinations of different drink types are allowed), then choose your preferred BBQ set menu.
Example: For 4 adults attending empty-handed → Select “Adult / 1 person” [required] ×4, then select “All-you-can-drink – Alcoholic” ×2 and “All-you-can-drink – Soft Drinks” ×2, and finally select “Standard Set (serves 2)” ×2.

Be sure to select the number of people using the service.

※ All group members must opt for the all-you-can-drink plan; therefore, please select the quantity for everyone except preschool-aged children.
※ If the number of all-you-can-drink vouchers is insufficient, the difference will be charged on the day of service.
It is not possible to mix guests who opt for the all-you-can-drink plan with those who do not.
However, it is possible to combine alcohol and soft drink all-you-can-drink plans.
(Example: Out of 10 guests, 8 can choose alcohol and 2 can choose soft drinks.)
* Last orders for the all-you-can-drink plan are accepted 30 minutes before closing time.
* Even if preschool-aged children consume only soft drinks, their orders must still be placed.

■ Cancellation Policy
No cancellation fee applies if canceled by 23:59, three days prior to the scheduled date of use.
After that time, a 100% cancellation fee will be charged, so please note this.
Example: If the usage date is May 15, the cancellation deadline is 23:59 on May 12 (three days prior).
From May 13 onward, a 100% cancellation fee will apply.
• Please decide whether to proceed with the booking by the deadline.

■ The activity takes place regardless of weather conditions. However, it may be canceled in cases of severe weather such as typhoons or heavy thunderstorms. If canceled, we will notify you by the day before. If you cancel after the deadline due to personal reasons, no refund will be issued. Please understand this in advance. Should we decide to cancel due to weather conditions, no cancellation fee will apply and a full refund will be provided.
