- About Advance Reservations -
● Reservations can be made up to one month in advance and are accepted until the day of your visit.
● Please note that refunds are not available for advance payments after reservation.
● Walk-ins are accepted if there are available slots on the day, but prices may differ. We recommend making a reservation.
● Changes to the number of guests or time after reservation are not allowed. Canceled reservations cannot be reinstated due to system limitations. Please make your reservation carefully.
● Children under elementary school age are not permitted. Even with a reservation, entry will be denied.

- Notes for Your Visit -
● If we cannot contact you within 15 minutes after your reservation time, your reservation may be canceled.
● Each session is limited to one hour, including entry and exit. Late arrivals cannot extend their time.
● We operate on a complete turnover system without a waiting area. Please line up outside. Departure is 5 minutes before the end time.
● To ensure the comfort of our Samoyeds, please refrain from wearing perfume or strong-scented hair products on the day of your visit.
● Slippers are shared inside the store. Please wear socks and avoid coming barefoot.
● Please review our rules and guidelines before enjoying your visit.
● We offer private booking plans: Weekdays ¥75,000/hour, Weekends & Holidays from ¥102,000/hour.

● While we are a Samoyed-themed café, our main focus is on interaction with the dogs rather than typical café services.
