To celebrate our restaurant's five consecutive years of being featured in the world-renowned Gault & Millau restaurant guide, which originated in France, we will be hosting a one-night-only gourmet event in collaboration with FAN x DALCUORE in Takasaki, Gunma Prefecture, which has also been featured for five consecutive years. The chefs of both restaurants, who are committed to using Gunma's local ingredients, will create a special menu for this one night only, including their signature dishes, to provide a memorable and unforgettable culinary feast.

ファン・ダルクオーレは、中国料理の星野弘明シェフとイタリア料理の鈴木伸朋シェフがそれぞれの表現を融合させた、他には類をみないフュージョン料理を提供してきましたが、鈴木シェフ亡き後、その精神を富岡由香里シェフが継承し、ソムリエの星野実記氏と共に、変わらずクオリティーの高い味わいをお客様に届けています。今回はシグネチャーディッシュの「分解・再構築したカプレーゼ」をはじめ、星野シェフが自身で狩猟した鹿肉の料理のほか、片山が吟味した地元食材をイノベーティブフレンチの「上州キュイジーヌ」に昇華させた品の数々をドリンクペアリングと共にお楽しみいただきます。
