<Regarding Reservations>
▶The usage time is limited to 2 hours. Please note that even if you are late, the start time will be from your reservation time.
▶Please understand that we may not be able to accommodate your seating requests.
▶If we are unable to contact you 15 minutes after your reservation time, we may unfortunately have to cancel your reservation. Please be sure to contact us if you will be late.

<Regarding Children>
▶There is no children's rate. Infants are free of charge.

<Requests from the Shop>
▶Please inquire if you wish to bring in a cake for birthdays or celebrations.
Please note that, for hygiene reasons, we generally ask that you refrain from bringing in other food and drinks.

▶Smoking is prohibited inside the shop. (No cigarettes, heated tobacco products, or e-cigarettes are allowed.) Please also note that smoking is prohibited in the nearby passageways and adjacent plaza.

<red>■In case of rain, you can enjoy your visit without getting wet unless it is a heavy downpour or strong winds. Please note that the event will be canceled in case of severe weather.
If the event is canceled, a representative will contact customers with reservations.
