We only accept reservations for specific times,

(Cancellation fee 50％ if canceled 2 days in advance/Same-day cancellation fee 100％)
1. We ask that everyone who comes to the restaurant order their own meal.
2. We can Preparation of seats up to 8 persons per couple.
3. We do not offer other single dishes and desserts, on the day.
4. We ask that all guests refrain from smoking inside and outside of the restaurant during their stay.
5. Children under 12 years old are not allowed to stay in the restaurant even if they do not need to prepare meals.(Infants and pre-school children are also not permitted.)

Verzoeken

We cannot accept cancellations or changes to the time or number of people on the day of reservation. Telephone support hours are from 15:00 to 17:00, excluding regular holidays. (Changes in number of people/reservation time up to 2 days before the reservation date/changes in date/time/cancellation up to 5 days before the reservation date) Cancellation fee on the day: 100% Cancellation 2 days in advance: 50%
If you have any allergies, foods you don't like, or requests for chairs or sunken kotatsu seats, please let us know in the request section. We may not be able to respond to same-day requests. Also, if the seating order has been decided for a meeting, entertainment, etc., please let us know the number of people in upper and lower seats. (If the only vacant seats displayed at the time of reservation are counter seats, you will not be able to select a private room.) If we are unable to accommodate your request due to the reservation status on the day, we will contact you.
