<Notes Regarding Reservations and Visits>
Ushinomiya Tokyo operates on a reservation-only basis.
Please make your reservation by the day before.

* The beef kappo course starts simultaneously at 18:00 and 19:30.
If you are more than 10 minutes late for your reservation, we will begin the course.

* Only customers 20 years of age or older are permitted to dine at our restaurant.

* Smoking is prohibited inside the restaurant.

* All seats are counter seats, and you will be sharing a table with other customers.

* If there are any errors in the phone number or email address provided during your reservation,
we may cancel your reservation.
Please be sure to enter the correct phone number and email address, and check your reservation confirmation email.

* Please note that customers who do not show up without prior notice may not be able to make future reservations.

* Cancellation fees are as follows:
* Cancellation the day before (after 17:00) - 50%
* Cancellation on the day - 100%
