This is a course where you can fully enjoy the flavor of Japanese beef.We use carefully selected Kuroge Wagyu beef, and the 5 types of lean meat allows you to enjoy the flavor of each part of the meat.
The homemade namul and kimchi, as well as the pancakes prepared by professional griddle chefs, are also exquisite.
To finish off your meal, enjoy Chosuke's unique udon noodles.

This course allows you to enjoy 11 kinds of meat in total, including 4 kinds of salt-grilled tongue, skirt steak, and tripe, 6 kinds of lean Japanese black beef, and sukiyaki for the final course.
We use Japanese black beef from Kagoshima and Miyazaki prefectures, so you can enjoy the different textures and flavors of each cut.
This course is recommended for customers who want to have meat as the main dish.
