<Counter Seating>
Counter seating begins simultaneously at 6:00 PM. Guests wishing to reserve counter seating must select 6:00 PM.
Other times are not available.
Counter Private Reservation
(For parties of 6 or more wishing to reserve the entire counter, you may select your preferred start time between 6:00 PM and 9:00 PM)

<Private Rooms>
You may select your preferred arrival time between 6:00 PM and 9:00 PM.

Lunch service is available on weekdays and weekends for parties of 8 or more guests. Counter seating is available exclusively as a private reservation. Private rooms can accommodate up to 20 guests. Final seating is between 12:00 PM and 1:00 PM.

For reservations of 13 or more guests, please contact the restaurant directly.

Arrival Information
▶ The course will begin once all guests have arrived.
Please ensure that all members of your party arrive at the reserved time.
▶ If we are unable to contact you within 15 minutes after your reservation time, your reservation may be treated as cancelled. Please inform us in advance if you will be late.
▶ There is no formal dress code; however, we kindly ask that you refrain from wearing strong fragrances.
▶ We do not have dedicated parking. Please use nearby public parking facilities.

Our restaurant offers dining exclusively through course menus.

We invite you to fully savor the seasonal bounty of the Seto Inland Sea.

Each course is composed of approximately 12 to 15 small dishes, thoughtfully arranged to create a harmonious culinary progression.

Dining at Kaishu is, in essence, the story of Ehime itself.

To help our international guests deepen their understanding of Kaishu’s cuisine, we provide a specially prepared booklet, guided explanation, and accompanying visual presentation.
