■ Parking Information for Restaurant Guests
The hotel parking lot (Paraka Osaka, basement 1st and 2nd floors) may be very busy.
Please note that we do not have any affiliated parking lots available for use when the parking lot is full.
We apologize for the inconvenience, but we ask that you use public transportation whenever possible when visiting the hotel.

■About Reservations
- Please enter the full name of the person making the reservation correctly, including furigana.
Reservations made with unreachable phone numbers or names that cannot be confirmed may be rejected.

*Cancellation Policy
If you cancel on the day of your appointment, a 100% cancellation fee will be charged.
A cancellation fee will also be charged if you cancel without notice.
Same-day reservations, changes, and cancellations can only be made by phone.
*If you are running late for your reservation, please be sure to contact us in advance.

◎ Reservations are required for the lunch-only Shokado and Gekka dishes,
and the Irodori Gozen and Seasonal Kaiseki meals, both for lunch and dinner, by 5:00 PM the day before.

◎If you make a reservation through this form, we'll give you a 10% discount off your total bill. </b></u>

・A separate private room fee will be charged for private rooms.
(Lunch: ¥5,000 Dinner: ¥8,000 (tax included))
*The private room fee is waived for parties of 6 or more adults ordering kaiseki cuisine.

*We do not accept reservations for the anniversary plate or anniversary plan alone.

■Beverages for the One Drink Plan
