For pregnant guests
◆Our spa accepts guests from 20 weeks of pregnancy onward. Please inform us of your pregnancy when making your reservation. For safety, certain spa treatments will be restricted based on your condition. We are unable to provide treatments to guests under 20 weeks’ gestation, or those diagnosed with pregnancy-induced hypertension, diabetes, threatened preterm labor, or similar conditions. Thank you for your understanding.

Cancellation policy
◆To change or cancel a reservation, please contact the spa at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. Cancellations made after that time will be charged 100% of the course fee. Depending on circumstances, changes to reservations made within 24 hours may not be accepted.
◆If you are more than 15 minutes late without notice, your reservation may be treated as a cancellation.

About reservations
◆Please allow an additional 30 minutes beyond the treatment time for preparation and completion.
◆If you arrive late for your reservation, your treatment time may be shortened.
◆For reservations of 3 or more guests, or to combine multiple menus, please contact us by phone.
◆In addition to the course fee, a weekend surcharge of ¥2,000 per person will be applied on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays. This surcharge also applies during busy periods: Year-end/New Year (12/29–1/3), Golden Week (5/3–5/6), and Obon (8/13–8/16). On other weekdays, only the course fee will apply as before. The following plans are exempt from the weekend surcharge:
