▶ Please make sure to check the following:
■ Reservations
Reservations can be made via phone or through the website. Advance booking is required.
On business days, same-day use is possible if there is availability.
If there are no reservations by 24:00 two days before, the venue will be closed.
■ Change in Number of Guests
To increase the number of guests → Changes can be made even on the day if there is availability.
Please call us or inform the reception on the day.
To decrease the number of guests → Changes are possible if made before the cancellation deadline.
A keyword for the change will be provided at the time of change. Please inform reception on the day.
■ Cancellations
No changes can be made after the cancellation deadline.
100% cancellation fee applies from 0:00 two days before.
No cancellation fee applies until 23:59 three days before.
If you arrive more than 30 minutes after your reservation time without contacting us, your reservation will be automatically cancelled.
We recommend using the online reservation system as phone lines may be busy.
■ Options (All-you-can-drink, ingredients)
If in stock, they can be added even on the day.
Please call or ask at reception.
■ Weather
Some areas are covered with roofs and tents, so usage is possible in the rain.
However, depending on the rain and wind, we cannot guarantee you will stay dry.
If a weather warning is issued and the venue must close, no cancellation fees will apply, even after the deadline.
In such cases, we will contact you by phone.
If the weather worsens after your arrival, the event may be suspended for safety reasons.
No refunds will be issued for any fees already paid in such cases.
Please take this into account and cancel before the cancellation deadline if needed.
■ Advance Delivery (Receiving) and Storage of Food
Due to food safety management regulations, staff cannot receive, store, ship, or handle delivered food or materials.
Please bring your items yourself within the rental time.
We are not responsible for hygiene issues with food brought in.
■ Underage drinking and drinking by drivers is strictly prohibited.
Underage drinking or smoking is also strictly prohibited even with brought-in items.
If discovered, you may be asked to leave or be reported to the police.

■ The following actions are strictly prohibited at the venue:
Any behavior that disturbs other guests.
Any action that interferes with safe operation.
Bringing hazardous materials.
Underage smoking or smoking outside designated areas.
Entering off-limits areas (charcoal area, office, storage, reception counter, etc.).
Solicitation, commercial or religious activities.
Disturbing behavior near the venue (loud music, chatting in the parking lot, shouting, etc.).
■ Entry or use will be denied to the following:
Gang affiliates.
Drunk or disruptive individuals.
Anyone who violates the venue’s rules.
■ Police may be called in the following cases:
Trouble between guests (fights, illegal activities, etc.)
Taking items outside the venue, theft, or dining without paying at food-selling venues.
Intentional damage to the facility (building, signs, etc.)
Threatening behavior toward staff or others (verbal abuse, violence, etc.)
■ If facilities, buildings, or equipment are damaged, destroyed, soiled, lost, or stolen, either intentionally or due to negligence, full compensation for the actual cost will be required.
Depending on the damage, a security deposit may also be required.
If the company or facility suffers losses due to violations of the terms, full compensation for damages will be requested.
■ The venue is not responsible for theft or loss.
Please manage your belongings and valuables at your own risk.
▶ Important Notice to Guests
Children of junior high school age or younger cannot use the facility alone.
An adult supervisor must be present.
Even if accompanying as a supervisor, a BBQ usage fee will apply.
