This is a system that allows us to give priority seating to guests who specify their arrival time in advance.
Please note this is not a seat reservation service; during busy periods, there may be waiting times. Please understand this in advance.

<<Reservation Rules>>
● A maximum of 4 guests per group can be accommodated.
● Reservations can be made up to 3 days in advance.
● The reserved time is an estimate; actual entry time may vary. Please keep this in mind.
● If guests do not arrive by the reserved time, we may be unable to provide seating. Please understand this in advance.

<<Cancellations>>
Cancellation fees will be charged as follows, calculated from the scheduled arrival date and time:
More than 1 hour before the scheduled arrival: ¥2,000 per person

<<Changes to Reservation Date/Time or Number of Guests>>
Regardless of the reason, we cannot accept any changes to the number of guests or reservation date/time after a reservation has been confirmed. Please double-check all details before finalizing your reservation.
In the unlikely event that changes are necessary, we kindly ask that you cancel the current reservation and make a new one.
