How to Eat
1. Heat a pot over medium heat, add beef fat, and coat the pot thoroughly.
2. Grill the green onions until fragrant, then quickly grill the beef and pour over the sauce.
3. Reduce the heat to low, add the other ingredients, and simmer over medium heat.
4. Turn the tofu over halfway through to ensure the flavor is absorbed. Once cooked through, it's ready.
5. Dip the tofu in beaten egg and serve.
