▶Cancellation of lunch reservations must be received by 11:30 am (local time), and dinner reservations by 5:30 pm (local time) on the day of reservation. No-shows and cancellation after the above noted time will incur a charge of JPY 5,500 per person for lunch and JPY 11,000 per person for dinner reservations.
Cancellations of private room reservations must be received by 10:00 pm (local time) one day prior.
▶Arrivals of more than 30 minutes past the reserved time will be considered cancelled. Please notify the restaurant if you will be more than 30 minutes late.

▶When dining with children, please note that we may ask you to leave your seat temporarily when your childred are restless.

Flavor heightened by salt, kombu and a touch of mirin, Usui green peas from Kansai are steamed in a heavy clay pot with Yumegokochi rice from Yamagata, then topped with a generous portion of quick-fried sakura shrimp.
Freshly steamed rice with vibrant flavors finishes the Seasonal Wadakura Kaiseki.
