About Reservations
- If you arrive or are not contacted 15 minutes after your reservation time, your reservation will be automatically canceled.
- A cancellation fee of ¥2,000 per person will be charged if you cancel within 24 hours.
- For reservations of 9 or more people, please call us directly (maximum 24 people for private parties).
- During peak hours, we may limit reservations to 90 minutes.
- All video recording is prohibited.
- Photography that is inconsiderate of other customers is prohibited.
- Smoking is permitted only in the outdoor smoking area. (This includes e-cigarettes and cigarettes.)
- Persons under the age of 20 are not permitted.
