▶ For prepaid plans, please note that no refunds will be issued even if you cancel after completing the reservation (i.e., after payment is made).
▶ Prepaid plans cannot be combined with any other discounts; please keep this in mind.
▶ Prepaid plans apply only to set menus. Cakes and flower bouquets must be paid for on-site.

【Cancellation Policy】
For regular reservations, if we do not receive any contact from you on the day of the reservation, a 100% cancellation fee will apply.
Additionally, if you fail to arrive within 30 minutes of your scheduled time without prior notice, the reservation may be automatically canceled.

For customers who book using prepaid plans, a 100% cancellation fee applies starting from the time the reservation is confirmed.
