- About reservations -
● Please note we may not be able to accommodate specific seating requests. Thank you for your understanding.
● For parties of 9 or more, please contact the restaurant directly.
● We do not offer a children’s menu. Please make a reservation for the same course for each guest in your party.

- On the day of your visit -
● If you are more than 15 minutes late for your reservation and we are unable to reach you, we may have to treat the booking as a cancellation. If you expect to be late, please be sure to contact us.
● Please refrain from wearing strong fragrances such as perfume when visiting.

- Cancellation policy -
● The following cancellation fees will apply for changes or cancellations:
From 3 days before until the day before: 70% of the course price
On the day: 100% of the course price

- Changing your reservation -
● If you need to change your reservation, please cancel your original booking and make a new reservation.
Please check your reservation details on TableCheck and rebook accordingly.
(Due to system limitations, we are unable to process changes by phone.)

- Use of credit cards -
● At the time of reservation, an authorization hold for the reservation amount will be placed on your credit card.
After your visit, the restaurant will release the hold.
Please pay for your meal at the restaurant on the day of your visit.
The timing for release of the authorization hold varies by card issuer, so please be aware of this.

※ For debit cards, once the restaurant releases the hold and the card issuer is notified, refunds are typically processed by the card company in about 1–2 weeks.
(For customers residing overseas, it may take up to approximately 6 months.)
