This restaurant operates on a strict reservation only basis.
There is no fixed time limit. However, depending on subsequent reservations, guests may be asked to conclude their visit promptly after the course has finished.

If you arrive more than 30 minutes after your reservation time, your reservation will be treated as a cancellation and your seat may be released.
If you arrive late, the number of dishes served may be reduced.

Large luggage is not permitted.
Excessive use of perfume or hair products may disturb other guests. At the discretion of the chef, guests may be asked to leave. Please inform all members of your party in advance.

Requests entered in the notes section may not be accommodated.
Reservations may be declined if extensive dietary restrictions apply.

Cancellation Policy

This restaurant operates on a strict reservation only basis.
By completing a reservation, a binding reservation contract is established between the guest and the restaurant.

Any cancellation, date change, or party size change made 3 days or less prior to the reservation date, including same day cancellations and no shows, will incur a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the reserved course price, without exception and regardless of the reason.

At the time of reservation, the restaurant secures ingredients, completes preparation, reserves seating, and arranges staff specifically for the guest.
Cancellations or no shows therefore constitute a loss of service opportunity.

Refusal of payment, chargeback attempts, or claims of non authorization following a cancellation or no show are not permitted and are considered invalid.

By completing the reservation, the guest expressly agrees to this policy and authorizes the charge in accordance with it.
This policy is governed by Japanese law.

Supporting documentation, including but not limited to the reservation confirmation, cancellation policy display, acceptance records, and system logs, is fully available and will be provided upon request.

Children

Counter seating is available only for guests who can enjoy the same course at the same pace as adults.
Children must be included in the total number of guests when making a reservation.

Private rooms are available.
For families with children aged five and under, a private room is strongly recommended.
