Cancellation from 3 days prior to the event to the day before will be charged 50% of the total fee, and cancellation on the day of the event will be charged 100% of the total fee.

We may not be able to accept any future reservations from customers who fail to show up for their appointment.

・The bill will be subject to a 7% service charge.
