- About Advance Reservations -
● Reservations can be made from one month in advance up until the same day.
● Refunds are not available for advance payments after booking. Please be aware.
● Walk-ins are accepted if there is availability on the day, but pricing may differ, so reservations are recommended.
● Changes to the number of guests or reservation time are not allowed. Cancelled reservations cannot be restored due to system limitations. Please make your reservation carefully after understanding all conditions.
● Children under elementary school age are not permitted. Even if you arrive with a reservation, entry will be denied.

- Important Notes for Your Visit -
● If more than 15 minutes pass after your reservation time and we cannot contact you, your booking may be treated as cancelled.
● Usage time is limited to 1 hour (including entry and exit). Late arrival will not extend your time.
● The shop operates on a full turnover system. There is no waiting area; please wait outside. Guests are asked to leave 5 minutes before the end time.
● To ensure the dogs’ comfort, please refrain from wearing perfume or strong fragrances. Unauthorized video streaming is prohibited to protect other guests’ privacy.
● Slippers are shared inside the shop. Please wear socks (no bare feet).
● Please review all rules before your visit.
