※Please make sure to arrive at the store at least 5 minutes before your reserved time.※
▶ Due to scheduling constraints related to other customers’ reservations, if you arrive more than 10 minutes past your reserved time, your reservation will be automatically canceled.
※During busy periods, it may be very difficult to get through on the phone, so please ensure you arrive on time for your reservation.
▶ Cancellations made within 24 hours of the reserved time will incur a 100% cancellation fee. You can cancel your reservation yourself via the reservation email.
▶ Please note that reservations cannot be made after 5 PM the day prior.

Payment at the store must be made in cash only.
▶ A credit card is required when making a reservation.
※ This is not a prepayment system.
▶ Payment is not completed via the card registered during reservation; please pay in cash on the day of your visit.
▶ For groups of 7 or more people, please make separate reservations for groups of 3 and 4, etc.
▶ If children are ordering the same menu items as adults, please count them as adult guests.
▶ The allotted time per group is 65 minutes.
▶ Currently, reservations can be made up until December 31.
▶ Reservations for the following month will become available around 10 AM on the 1st of each month.
▶ Unfortunately, we are unable to respond to inquiries regarding allergies submitted during reservation. If you have concerns, please contact us via DM on Instagram.
▶ We are unable to accommodate vegan or vegetarian diets.
▶ Adults must order one meal per person.
