We will continue to accommodate customers who queue up on the day, so if reservations are sold out, please come directly to the restaurant.
Our reservations are specially reserved for customers who wish to enjoy their meal without waiting in line.
Because of the frequent 2-3 hour wait times, we have imposed a reservation limit to ensure peace of mind for customers from far away.
Therefore, a non-refundable reservation fee of 500 yen per person is charged when making a reservation.
Thank you for your understanding that this fee is non-refundable, regardless of whether or not you visit the restaurant.
Reservation Rules
●We accept reservations for parties of 2-15 people.
●Reservations are accepted until 4:00 PM on the day of your visit.
●Please note that we may not be able to accommodate your seating request.
●If you arrive more than 10 minutes after your reservation time, your reservation may be canceled. Please arrive on time.
●If you are late, your reservation will not be extended.
●Please include children in your reservation count.
●We cannot accommodate reservation changes over the phone.
About Reservation Fees
We cannot accept changes to the number of people or date and time after a reservation has been made, regardless of the reason. Please be sure to check before confirming your purchase.
If you need to change the date, time, or number of people, we apologize for the inconvenience, but please cancel and repurchase your reservation.
Refunds will not be available in this case.
