At Sanrakutei, we offer a seasonal course menu featuring the finest ingredients from Hokuriku, including Kanazawa and Noto. Our cuisine combines the delicate traditions of Kaga cuisine with refined French culinary techniques, creating a unique dining experience.To complement your meal, we offer a selection of approximately 150 wines, carefully chosen by our sommelier, along with an extensive collection of premium local sake from Ishikawa Prefecture. We invite you to discover the distinctive flavors of the Hokuriku region.

▶Children
We welcome guests7 years of age and older. Children will be served the same course menu as adults.
Guests dining with children may be accommodated in a private dining room only.

▶Prices
All prices are inclusive of consumption tax and service charge.

▶Dietary Requirements & Allergies
If you have any food allergies, dietary restrictions, or ingredients you avoid due to pregnancy (such as raw foods or alcohol), please let us know in advance. When making your reservation, kindly provide:
• The number of guests affected,
• The specific ingredient(s),
• The severity of the allergy or restriction (for example, whether dashi or food extracts are acceptable, or whether cooked Rosaceae fruits are permitted), and
If the allergy is severe, please indicate this as well.
Please note that we may not be able to accommodate menu changes requested on the day of your visit.

While we will do our best to accommodate seating preferences, we cannot guarantee specific table requests.

▶Private Dining Rooms
If you wish to reserve a private dining room, please select the private room option when making your reservation and contact us by telephone.

【Before Your Visit】

To ensure the finest dining experience, we kindly ask for your cooperation with the following:
・Should you anticipate arriving more than 10 minutes after your reserved time, please contact the restaurant at your earliest convenience.
・In the absence of prior notice, reservations may be released and considered cancelled if you have not arrived within 30 minutes of your scheduled reservation time.
・We respectfully recommend smart casual attire.

Parking
Complimentary on-site parking is available for up to five vehicles.

Cancellation Policy
・Cancellations made within 24 hours of the reservation time will incur a cancellation fee of 100% of the menu price.
・No-shows or cancellations made without prior notice will be charged 100% of the menu price.
