Latina Parrilla was born in the Pampas region of Argentina, Uruguay and southern Brazil, home of the gauchos.
Inspired by the timeless and captivating flames, we fuse fresh, rustic ingredients with the bounty of the mountains and sea, flavorfully cooked over a wood-fired ember to create an authentic South American experience.
At the heart of this experience is our signature Open Fire Parrilla, the soul of the restaurant, where we masterfully grill select beef and seafood over embers and roaring flames, igniting the instinct to come together and share.
Here, traditional and modern cooking coexist, seamlessly blending the complex culture of the gauchos over a glass of Malbec. New aromas, new tastes and the deliciousness of the Pampas are brought here to reflect the depth, richness and vibrancy of South America's most unique culinary tradition.
