≪About Reservations≫

■ Reservation capacity ：Adults 2 to 18 people
※For groups of 19 or more, please contact the facility by phone.
■ Reservation window ：From 60 days to 3 days before your use date
■ Usage time ：Up to 4 hours
■ Location/Seating ：Seats will be assigned by staff on the day. Please note that specific seating requests cannot be accepted.
■ Extension fee ：¥2,000 per section per hour
※Depending on reservation status, extensions may be refused.
■ Payment ：On-site payment only
■ Kids plan ：Up to 10 years old↵ ※Persons aged 11 or older must be included in the adult headcount when booking.

≪Reservation Notes≫

■ Changes to headcount ：Accepted until 17:00 three days before the use date. Please notify us by phone or contact staff at the facility.
■ If you are late ：If you arrive more than 15 minutes after the reservation time without prior notice, your reservation may be treated as cancelled. If you expect to be late, please contact the facility as soon as possible.
■ Temporary closure ：If operation is judged unsafe due to natural disasters or severe weather, we will notify you by 17:00 the day before.

※Important Usage Notes※

・All park areas are non-smoking. Please use designated smoking areas.
・Open flames are prohibited. Please use the charcoal grill provided. While using the charcoal grill, do not leave it unattended and take care to avoid burns, fire spread, and other fire hazards.
・Guests with pets must use a leash, carrier, or buggy.
・Bringing items that may pose danger to others (firearms, weapons, toxic substances, etc.) is prohibited. Fireworks are also prohibited.
・Please supervise small children at all times. We cannot accept responsibility for accidents or injuries.
・Please manage your valuables and belongings yourself. We are not responsible for theft or loss. Watch for forgotten items.
・Eating while walking, using musical instruments or amplifiers to make noise, ball play within the area, and other acts that disturb other guests are prohibited. Damaging equipment or digging holes/trenches in sand or turf is also prohibited.
・Food you bring is your responsibility; for hygiene reasons, please refrain from bringing ingredients that require cooking/heating.
・For safety reasons, food or dishes provided in the BBQ area must not be taken home.
・Excessive drinking that causes intoxication and disturbs others is prohibited. Chugging is not allowed. Minors and those operating bicycles, cars, motorcycles, etc., are strictly prohibited by law from consuming alcohol — do not drink if this applies.
・No refunds are provided for cancellations due to weather.
Some areas may become slippery in certain weather—please watch your step.
・For safety, please follow staff instructions and comply with park rules and laws. Failure to follow the terms of use may result in refusal of future use of the BBQ area. Thank you for your understanding.
