＜井上銘＞
神奈川県川崎市出身。
2011年10月EMI Music Japanより「ファースト・トレイン」を発表。
2017年自身の新しいユニット"STEREO CHAMP" (類家心平tp、渡辺翔太keys, pf、山本連b、福森康ds) を結成し、2023年6月リリースの最新作『The Elements』を含め、これまでにSTEREO CHAMPとして3枚のアルバムをリリース、また、井上銘としては6枚のアルバムをリリース。
さらに同年代の精鋭ミュージシャン達とのPOPSユニット"CRCK/LCKS"での活動や、Kurt Rosenwinkel、Chris Potter、Ulf Wakeniusら海外のトップミュージシャンとの共演、香港をはじめとするアジア圏、ロンドンを中心としたヨーロッパ圏での海外ミュージシャンとの交流も活発で、2018年、2023年にはロンドンジャズフェスティバルに招聘されるなど、ワールドワイドな舞台での積極的な活動等、国内のみならず世界を視野にした演奏活動には各方面より注目が集まっている。また、近年では新たな音楽を求め、自らがボーカルを務めるシンガーソングライターとしての活動を開始。2021年にはEP『POP MUGIC』をリリースするなど、ジャズギタリストとしてのキャリアに加えてシンガーソングライターとしての新しい景色を表現すべく精力的に活動中。
一方、サイドマンとしても、Chara、藤原さくら、石若駿、Marty Holoubek Trio II、Patrick Bartley's DREAM WEAVER、魚返明未など現代日本をリードするアーティストやミュージシャンとコラボレートを続けてシーンを拡張している。また、2025年3月には現在のジャズシーンを牽引するDavid Bryant（pf）、Marty Holoubek（b）、石若駿（ds）との国際的カルテットによる最新作アルバム「Tokyo Quartet」をリリースし、さらに今年2月にはピアニスト魚返明未とのデュオアルバム「魚返明未＆井上銘Ⅱ」をリリースしている。
