● For reservations within 3 days, please inquire by phone.
● Reservations must be made for 2 or more adults.
● For reservations of 5 or more guests or private bookings, please contact us by phone.
● Seat selection is not available. If you have any special requests, please call us.

● The lunch short course (Maple Course) is available only at 12:00, with limited seating, and exclusively on weekdays.

● The dinner short course (Hornbeam Course) is available only at 18:00 or 18:30, with limited seating, and exclusively on weekdays.

● Our concept is to allow guests to enjoy their meals at a leisurely pace over 2.5–3 hours. Those with time constraints must discuss this at the time of booking.
● Meals begin promptly at the reserved time. If we cannot reach you 30 minutes after your scheduled time, we will unfortunately have to treat the reservation as canceled.

■ Regarding allergies, cancellation policy, reservations for children, and dining times
Please check this page carefully.
● As we are a producer using seasonal vegetables, we cannot accommodate requests regarding ingredients some guests may dislike.
● Please inform us of any food allergies at the time of booking.
