We are a counter-seating restaurant specializing in prefecture-sourced ingredients and natural wines.
We feature Aomori’s proud seafood and vegetables, carefully raised wild boar and duck, spring mountain greens, and autumn mushrooms.
With respect for every producer and the gifts of nature, we offer seasonal multi-course meals that let you experience the four seasons.

- About Your Visit -
● If you are more than 30 minutes late for your reservation and we cannot reach you, we may have to treat it as a
cancellation. If you will be delayed, please be sure to contact us.
● Please confirm any allergies or foods you cannot eat with everyone in your party and inform us in advance.
Note: If you cannot eat meat dishes, we can accommodate with other ingredients; however, we cannot accommodate a request to remove all seafood.
● For reservations of 9 or more guests, please contact the restaurant directly.
● We accept children only when they order the same course as adults. Please include them in the adult headcount when booking.
● Cancellation fees: 50% of the meal price for cancellations the day before, and 100% for cancellations on the day of the reservation.
