▶Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made on the day of your reservation (after midnight) will incur a 100% cancellation fee of the course price. Furthermore, if more than one hour has passed without prior notice, your reservation will be automatically cancelled and no refund will be given. Please contact us if you will be more than 30 minutes late on the day of your reservation. ※Please also refer to our Cancellation Policy.

▶Changes to reservations cannot be made after booking due to system limitations.
If you need to make changes, please cancel your current reservation and make a new one.

▶Credit Card Information
<b>We temporarily hold your credit card information to guarantee your reservation. Please pay for your food and drinks at the restaurant on the day of your visit. The amount charged will be refunded within a few days to a few weeks from the date of your visit, although this will vary depending on your credit card company.

However, in the case of debit cards, the amount is deducted immediately upon reservation, so the refund process will begin from the date of your visit and may take several weeks after processing. The timeframe varies depending on the financial institution. For details regarding refund timing, please contact your issuing financial institution directly.
