【Regarding Reservations】
●Reservations are accepted up to two months in advance.

●Seating is available for the following number of people:

・Counter seats: 1 to a maximum of 4 people
・Table seats: 2 to a maximum of 8 people
*Reservations exceeding the above number of people will be cancelled. Even if split into multiple reservations, the total maximum is 8 people.

●We accept requests for seating (counter or table), but seating will be in the order of reservation.

●Due to the layout of the restaurant, we may not be able to accommodate strollers in some areas.

●Reservations will be cancelled if you are more than 15 minutes late.
*For confirmation purposes, we will only contact you using a Japanese phone number (we cannot accept calls from overseas numbers).

●We close at 10:00 PM on the 1st, 3rd, and 5th Sundays of the month.

【Regarding Telephone Support Hours】
●Telephone support is only available from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM.

●During business hours, we prioritize serving customers and may not be able to answer the phone.
【Regarding Seating Time】

●During busy periods, seating will be limited to:
- Lunch: 90 minutes
- Dinner: 120 minutes

●Customers with reservations during the following times will be limited to a maximum of 1 hour due to closing time:
- Lunch 14:00 (Last Order 14:30)
- Dinner 22:00 (Last Order 22:00)

【Regarding Dessert Plates】
■For customers celebrating birthdays or anniversaries, we offer a dessert plate with a message for ¥2,000.

【Regarding Members】
●Private room reservations are available for 1 to 4 people.
●When making a reservation, please enter your Makuake order ID in the question field from the restaurant.
