On Saturday, March 7th, REY will be hosting a full-pairing dinner of "Sake x Japanese-Peruvian Cuisine."

This evening's drinks will be provided by local Kawasaki sake and Takekuma Sake Shop.

Since the restaurant opened, they have been a valuable supporter, offering numerous suggestions for pairing sake with Peruvian cuisine and deeply understanding and supporting REY's cuisine.

On the day, we will invite the manager of Takekuma Motosumiyoshi to join us for a special evening, where he will explain the characteristics of each sake and how it pairs with the food.

The pairings will be fully prepared.

The menu will be a special seasonal course, an original REY creation, based on "Japanese-Peruvian Cuisine," a style derived from Peruvian cuisine that was hailed as "the best in the world" last year, incorporating seasonal winter ingredients.
Each dish will be paired with a different sake, bringing out new charms in Peruvian cuisine, taking into account the aroma, temperature, and aftertaste.

This is a one-night-only special dinner, limited to 10 people, with a simultaneous start.
