[Reservations]
▶Once your reservation is confirmed, the reservation date and time cannot be changed.
▶All tickets are for one-hour time slots.
　※This one hour includes your entry and exit from the venue.
▶If you wish to stay longer than two hours, please purchase consecutive tickets for multiple time slots.
▶Regular tickets can be booked online from one month before the scheduled date and time up until 15 minutes before the start time.
　※Prepayment is required at the time of booking.
▶Private booking plans can be reserved online from two months before the scheduled date and time up until 15 minutes before the start time.
　※You will be asked to enter your card information when booking, but payment will be collected at the venue upon arrival.
▶If you wish to reserve a private booking plan, please select 24 guests in the reservation form due to system specifications.
※If available reservation times do not appear, please contact us via Instagram DM.

[Admission restrictions]
You will be denied entry if any of the following apply. No refunds will be issued in such cases, so please review these rules carefully.
(These measures are for the safety of guests and the Samoyeds — thank you for your understanding.)
▶Guests under 15 years of age are not permitted to enter.
　※Children may enter if accompanied by a guardian. Guardians are responsible for supervising their children at all times.
▶Guests shorter than 110 cm are not permitted to enter.
▶Pets are not permitted.
▶Guests who are intoxicated will be refused entry.
▶Guests using a wheelchair may enter only if they are accompanied by an assistant or if the wheelchair is left at reception.

[Other]
▶If you are pregnant or using crutches/canes, please take care and assume responsibility for avoiding injury or accidents.
▶If you arrive after your scheduled start time, your departure time will still be the end time of the reserved slot.
▶We will admit you only after the previous time slot’s guests have left.
　There is no waiting area, so please arrive at your scheduled time.

[Disclaimer]
Samoyeds may lightly nip, drool, or soil guests’ belongings or clothing. Their teeth or claws may also come into contact with guests.
We cannot take responsibility for any injuries that occur while interacting with the Samoyeds or for any soiling, staining, or damage to clothing or personal items.
Please interact with the dogs at your own risk and with this understanding.
