Regarding allergy accommodations
All dishes are prepared in the same kitchen. Therefore, allergens cannot be completely eliminated and may remain in some degree.
Additionally, allergens might not be fully removed during the washing process of utensils such as spoons and plates, resulting in their presence on these items. Consequently, even if notified in advance, the meals offered at Somen Sanzan cannot be guaranteed to be completely free of allergens; they are merely low-allergen meals. We cannot guarantee that consuming these meals will prevent allergic reactions.
