【Reservations】
● Advance ticket purchase is required for admission. Refunds are not available, and the same applies to purchasing the wrong ticket.
● Reservation dates and times cannot be changed.
● All tickets are for one-hour slots. If you wish to stay for more than two hours, please purchase consecutive tickets. *The one hour period includes your entry and exit time.

【Visiting the Store】
● If you arrive late, you will be required to leave at the time of your reservation, regardless of how early you arrive.
● Our store operates on a 100% rotation system, and entry is strictly timed. Therefore, we cannot accommodate early arrivals.
In addition, there is no waiting area, so you will have to line up outside before entering.
● We do not allow pets in the store.
● We do not allow visitors who have interacted with other animals at an animal cafe or pet shop on the day of their visit.
● Children (customers) under 110cm tall are not permitted to enter the store.
● Guests under the age of 15 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
● Lateness of more than 15 minutes will be considered a cancellation. No refunds will be given. Thank you for your understanding.
● Only one person per session is allowed. Please note that we cannot accommodate multiple people in one session.
